By using Peerla, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Peerla is a peer-to-peer messaging web application. Messages are sent directly between your device and your contacts' devices. We do not store, read, or have access to your messages.
We do not track you. We do not collect personal data about you. We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not store your name, email, phone number, or any other identifying information.
The only data we store is ephemeral invite link data. When you create a room and share a short link, we temporarily store the technical data needed for your contacts to connect (the WebRTC offer). This data expires automatically after 10 minutes and is then deleted. We do not store any information about who created the link or who used it.
You are responsible for how you use Peerla and what you share. Do not use the service for illegal purposes. Do not share invite links with people you do not trust.
Peerla is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or that the service will meet your requirements.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
